We hosted two guided walks in October to allow residents and stakeholders to explore the airfield’s wartime history through rare photographs and preserved features.
Over 160 people joined historian Paul Bass across both days to learn more about the airfield’s role in WW2. Local coffee business, Java Coffee Club, provided refreshments to those attending.
