We have reached an exciting new stage of development, as work has begun on the Western Access, the main gateway to High Bourn’s new community.
All construction traffic is being routed from the north, supported by a Construction Management Plan. This includes clear signage and wheel washing to minimise impacts on neighbouring areas.
All construction works are only permitted between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 – 13:00 on Saturdays. Alongside this, we will shortly be removing a section of hedgerow along Broadway to facilitate future works. This will take place outside bird nesting season and during reptile hibernation season.
